1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sona100 website, mobile platform, and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity.

By completing the registration process on sona100, by clicking any "I agree" or "I accept" checkbox during sign-up, or by simply accessing any page of the Platform, you are confirming your unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms. If you are accessing sona100 on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

sona100 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or via an on-site notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to sona100 is strictly limited to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. sona100 operates as an 18+ platform without exception. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence depending on applicable local laws.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you must satisfy yourself independently regarding the legality of gambling activities in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of sona100 or any affiliated company.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily barred from gambling on sona100 or any affiliated platform.

sona100 conducts age verification checks at the time of registration and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time. Any account found to be operated by an individual under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all associated winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned subject to identity verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on sona100. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sona100 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sona100 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and permanently ban the relevant player from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any payment method details used on the Platform. You must promptly notify sona100 of any changes to your registered details. sona100 reserves the right to verify all registration information against third-party identity databases and to request supporting documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. sona100 strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication features. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sona100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify sona100's English support team immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with standard industry practice and anti-money-laundering principles, sona100 may require players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. This process may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification may have their withdrawal requests suspended pending resolution.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

sona100 currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The Platform processes deposits and withdrawals in BDT only. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits to sona100 are final and non-refundable once credited to your account, except in circumstances where a deposit is made in error or where the Platform is at fault. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your sona100 account within minutes of confirmation. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to process. sona100 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by sona100 within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Withdrawals are returned only to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. sona100 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation has not been provided, or where the wagering requirements attached to any bonus have not been met.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering requirements on sona100 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). sona100 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by their own bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is published on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it being forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

sona100 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts; using low-risk wagering strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms; and any other conduct that sona100 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, constitutes an attempt to exploit its promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, sona100 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the player's account.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

sona100 reserves the right to limit promotional eligibility to players who meet specific criteria, including minimum activity thresholds, geographic location, or account verification status. Players who have opted into responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion may not be eligible for certain promotions, in accordance with responsible gaming principles.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the sona100 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules expressly address a specific situation more precisely.

All casino games offered on sona100 — including slots, table games, and crash games — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random, statistically independent, and free from manipulation. sona100's RNG systems are subject to regular independent testing to verify compliance with fair-play standards.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules applicable to live dealer games are determined by the relevant game provider and are displayed within the live game interface. sona100 does not control live dealer game outcomes and acts solely as a distributor of the live game feed.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during any game session, sona100's recorded game data will be treated as the definitive record of the game state at the time of the interruption. sona100 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues equitably; however, the Platform does not guarantee that interrupted game sessions will always be recoverable or that winnings from interrupted sessions will always be credited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using sona100, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way that creates an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues promptly to sona100 support;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cooperative play strategy designed to circumvent the house edge in table or live dealer games;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financially illicit activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or sona100 staff through any communication channel on the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software forming part of the sona100 Platform;
• Accessing or attempting to access any other player's account without their explicit authorisation.

Any breach of the prohibitions listed above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

sona100 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling may become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sona100, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit sona100's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sona100 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

10. Amendments and Termination

10.1 Amendments

sona100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to providing reasonable notification to registered users for material changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at sona100/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your sona100 account at any time by contacting the English support team via live chat. Before an account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding wagering requirements remain. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Account Suspension or Termination by sona100

sona100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; provision of false registration information; or any conduct that sona100 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

10.4 Governing Principles

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with general principles of fairness, transparency, and good faith. Any dispute arising between a player and sona100 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure should be submitted in writing to support@sona100. sona100 commits to responding to formal complaints within 10 business days.
