2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to sona100 is strictly limited to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on sona100. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sona100 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sona100 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and permanently ban the relevant player from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any payment method details used on the Platform. You must promptly notify sona100 of any changes to your registered details. sona100 reserves the right to verify all registration information against third-party identity databases and to request supporting documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. sona100 strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication features. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sona100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with standard industry practice and anti-money-laundering principles, sona100 may require players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. This process may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification may have their withdrawal requests suspended pending resolution.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The Platform processes deposits and withdrawals in BDT only. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits to sona100 are final and non-refundable once credited to your account, except in circumstances where a deposit is made in error or where the Platform is at fault. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your sona100 account within minutes of confirmation. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to process. sona100 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by sona100 within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Withdrawals are returned only to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. sona100 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation has not been provided, or where the wagering requirements attached to any bonus have not been met.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering requirements on sona100 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). sona100 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

sona100 reserves the right to limit promotional eligibility to players who meet specific criteria, including minimum activity thresholds, geographic location, or account verification status. 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules expressly address a specific situation more precisely.

10.2 Account Closure by Player

Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
